On registration engagements, no. We operate as your technology partner: powered by Cvent, managed by a certified team, delivered under your event's brand. Many PCOs and in-house teams use exactly this arrangement to offer certified infrastructure without carrying the platform investment. Your client relationship remains yours.

Can you handle CPD and attendance tracking for medical and scientific congresses?

Yes. Auditable attendance capture and CPD reporting are configured within the Cvent platform, with session-level tracking where required. This is one of the most common reasons professional and medical societies engage a certified registration partner.

What does it cost?

Pricing is itemised per engagement: a configuration fee plus a per-delegate rate that varies with complexity. Our event is outside South Africa — can you deliver?

Yes. Portal builds, payment configuration, and delegate management are delivered remotely for events anywhere. On-site check-in and badge services are available across South Africa and the wider continent, and by arrangement elsewhere. Whether your congress is in Cape Town, Nairobi, London, or online — we manage every detail.

How far in advance do we need to engage you?

Registration services are typically engaged 3–12 months before the event. Simpler portal builds can move faster; congresses with complex pricing tiers, exhibitor registration, or CPD tracking benefit from the longer runway.

Who owns the delegate data?

Your organisation does — always. Data is collected under your event's identity, handled in line with POPIA and applicable data protection law, and handed over in full at post-event close-out. Association funds are member funds, and member data deserves the same standard of care.
